Detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine (aid in prediction of the ovulation day)

Test timing

Calculating your period (menstrual) cycle, start testing 17 days prior to the expected date of your next period (menstruation).
Perform a test once a day at around the same time of the day from the test start date.

Testing procedure

* Wait for 10 minutes, and make an interpretation according to the interpretation method described on the next page.

How to interpret

If a test is performed properly, a reddish-purple line will appear in the reference line area. Results should be interpreted as Score 0, 1, 2, or 3, depending on the number of lines (0-3) in the test line area.

[Positive]In the case you have a higher score than the previous day.
However, Score 0 on the previous day and Score 1 on the day of test should be interpreted as negative.

(Interpretation sample)

The LH surge has been detected.
You are expected to ovulate soon.
You will most likely get pregnant on the day of the first positive results or the following day (ovulation day).

[Negative]In the case score is not higher than the previous day, Score 0 on the previous day, or Score 1 on the day of test

(Interpretation sample)

The LH surge has not been detected.
Continue testing until you test positive, around the same time of the day, the following day onward.
