CHARACTERISTICS

  • The active ingredient of this throat spray is cetylpyridinium chloride hydrate, a bactericidal agent for the oral cavity. A quick spraying will reduce sore throat and swollen throat due to throat inflammation.
  • The spray consists of a clear and colorless solution, which is usable anywhere, with no concerns about leaving a stain on your clothes, hands, etc.
  • The spray device comes with a cap, which keeps it hygienic and convenient for carrying.
  • A delicate menthol taste refreshes your mouth.

INDICATIONS

Sore throat, swollen throat, rough throat, throat discomfort and hoarse voice due to throat inflammation.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS

Apply an appropriate amount of this medicine to the membranes of the throat several times a day by spraying.

Precautions regarding dosage and directions

  1. Open your mouth and hold the spray device as close to your mouth as possible. Direct the spray nozzle toward the affected part of the throat, and spray 3 to 4 times per dose while lightly breathing out from your mouth. Apply approximately 3 to 6 times a day.
  2. In order to prevent the solution from getting into your eyes, lightly close your eyes as you spray. Should the solution get into your eyes, immediately rinse them with cold or lukewarm water and consult an ophthalmologist promptly.
  3. Children are permitted to use this medicine only under the direction and supervision of a parent or other responsible adult. (No clinical trial has been conducted in children aged under 15 years.)
  4. This medicine is only intended to be sprayed onto the affected part of the throat. Do not use this medicine internally.
  5. Strictly follow the recommended dosage and directions.

Directions for use

1. Remove the cap and check that the triangle marks on the head and the body of the spray device point in the same direction in order to keep the spray direction constant.

2. Open your mouth and hold the spray device as close to your mouth as possible. Direct the green spray nozzle toward the affected part of the throat, and press the head of the device (as shown below) while lightly breathing out from your mouth.
Spray 3 to 4 times per dose, approximately 3 to 6 times a day.

3. In order to prevent the solution from getting into your eyes, lightly close your eyes as you spray.
Should the solution get into your eyes, immediately rinse them with cold or lukewarm water and consult an ophthalmologist promptly.

Upon initial use, direct the nozzle away from any person or your eyes, and press the head of the device 7 to 8 times until the solution comes out.

    1. Persons under treatment by a physician or dentist
    2. Persons who, or whose family members, have histories of allergies
    3. Persons who have had allergies to medicines
    4. Persons who have suffered from the following symptom: Severe ulceration in the mouth
  2. Stop using this medicine immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist in the following cases. Take this leaflet with you.
    1. If the following symptoms appear after using this medicine:

    2. If there is no improvement in your symptoms after using this medicine for 5 to 6 days.
  3. The following symptom may appear after using this medicine. Stop using the medicine and consult a physician or pharmacist if the symptom continues or worsens:
    Irritation in the mouth

PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND HANDLING

  1. Keep the cap tightly closed (tightly close the neck of device) and store the device in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Keep out of the reach of children.
  3. To prevent improper use and loss of quality, do not transfer the medicine to another container.
  4. Do not use this medicine after the expiration date.
