CHARACTERISTICS

Bio-Three includes three types of active bacteria (“butyric acid bacterium”, “lactic acid bacteria”, “amylolytic bacteria”) which function at each area from the small intestine to the large intestine.
This product improves the intestinal microflora and large intestinal barrier function to regulate daily bowel movements.
It also works daily intestinal care as well as constipation or soft stool.
This medicine is supplied as an easy-to-take, slightly sweetened small tablet.

INDICATIONS

Intestinal regulation (fecal regulation), Constipation, Soft stools, Abdominal fullness

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS

Take the following amount of medicine after a meal.

Age One dose Daily dose
15 years or over 2 tablets 3 times
5-14 years 1 tablets
Under 5 years Do not take

Precautions regarding dosage and directions

  1. Children are permitted to take this medicine only under the direction and supervision of a parent or other responsible adult.
  2. Please follow the recommended dosage and directions.
  3. How to take out a tablet PTP product

As shown in the figure, press the protruded portion of the PTP sheet with your finger to tear the aluminum foil and take out a tablet.
(If you swallow the PTP sheet by mistake, its sharp edges may perforate your esophagus, etc., resulting in serious complications.)

  • It works in the large intestine.
  • It makes the intestine an environment favorable to useful bacteria (good bacteria) to regulate the intestinal microflora.
  • It produces butyric acid and promotes secretion of mucus required for the large intestinal barrier function.
Lactomin (Lactic acid bacteria) 30mg
  • It works from the small intestine to the large intestine.
  • It produces lactic acid to regulate the intestinal microflora.
  • It promotes proliferation of butyric acid bacteria.
Amylolytic
bacteria		 150mg
  • It works in the small intestine.
  • It promotes proliferation of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, useful bacteria (good bacteria).

Inactive ingredients

potato-starch,cellulose,hydroxypropylcellulose,lactose hydrate,anhydrous silicic acid,talc,magnesium stearate

Who should seek consultation

  1. The following persons should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine:
    Persons under treatment by a physician
  2. Stop using this medicine immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist in the following cases. Take this leaflet with you.
    If there is no improvement in your symptoms after using this medicine for about 1 month.

PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND HANDLING

PTP product

  1. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Keep out of the reach of children.
  3. To prevent improper use or loss of quality, do not transfer the medicine to another container.
  4. Do not take this medicine after the expiration date.
  5. Fill in the date when the inner pouch (aluminum pouch) was opened in the column provided on the box.
  6. Once the aluminum inner pouch is opened, the medicine should be consumed early to maintain quality.


Product in a bottle

  1. Keep the bottle tightly closed and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Keep out of the reach of children.
  3. To prevent improper use or loss of quality, do not transfer the medicine to another container.
  4. Since the medicine is prone to absorb moisture, be sure to close the cap tightly after each use.
  5. The filler in the bottle is to protect the tablets from breakage during transportation. Once the bottle is opened, throw the filler away.
  6. Do not take this medicine after the expiration date.
  7. Fill in the date when the bottle was opened in the column provided on the box and bottle.
  8. Once the bottle is opened, the medicine should be consumed early to maintain quality
