Take the following amount of medicine by dissolving it in the mouth or by chewing after a meal.

Slide the lid off the special container to remove the lid. Invert the main body of the special container, and place it on top of the aluminum sheet of the tablet pack. Use your fingers to push the container downward to break through the aluminum sheet and insert the row of tablets into the container. Turn the container back and remove the empty shell of the tablet pack from the top. Finally, slide the lid of the special container over the tablets to close the container tightly. When removing a tablet, slide the lid in the direction shown by the arrow indicated on the lid until it just stops, and take out a tablet at a time.
