CHARACTERISTICS
- Vitamin C relieves blotches, freckles, and pigmentation due to sunburn, etc.
- This medicine also contains vitamin B2, another ingredient related to skin health.
- Three tablets (maximum daily dosage) of this medicine provide 2000 mg of vitamin C.
- This medicine is an easy-to-take, yellow tablet with a mild sweet-and-sour flavor. The tablets are chewable or can be allowed to melt in the mouth.
- The tablets should be transferred to the special container (“carrying case”) before use.
(The special container comes with the 40-tablet package, but not with the 60-tablet or 100-tablet refill pack.)
INDICATIONS
- Relief of the following symptoms:
Blotches, freckles, pigmentation due to sunburn or rashes - Prevention of the following bleeding symptoms:
Bleeding of the gums, bleeding of the nose - Supply of vitamin C in the following cases:
Physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, loss of strength during or after illness, for the elderly
If the symptoms described in points 1 and 2 do not improve after using this medicine for about one month, consult your physician, pharmacist, or dentist.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS
Take the following amount of medicine by dissolving it in the mouth or by chewing after a meal.

Precautions regarding dosage and directions
- Please follow the recommended dosage and directions.
- Please make sure that you transfer the tablets to the special container before use.
Slide the lid off the special container to remove the lid. Invert the main body of the special container, and place it on top of the aluminum sheet of the tablet pack. Use your fingers to push the container downward to break through the aluminum sheet and insert the row of tablets into the container. Turn the container back and remove the empty shell of the tablet pack from the top. Finally, slide the lid of the special container over the tablets to close the container tightly. When removing a tablet, slide the lid in the direction shown by the arrow indicated on the lid until it just stops, and take out a tablet at a time.
About Vitamin C
- Vitamin C acts on melanin in the skin and is effective in reducing blotches and freckles, and pigmentation due to sunlight or rash.
- Vitamin C is necessary to produce collagen that connects each cell. Collagen strengthens the blood vessel walls and prevents bleeding of the gums and nose.
When purchasing 60-tablet and 100-tablet refill packs
The 60-tablet and 100-tablet packs are for use as refills; so please transfer the contents into the special container that comes with the 40-tablet package.

Precautions regarding ingredients
- Please inform your physician that you are taking this medicine before undergoing urine or fecal tests. (The results of urine or fecal tests may be affected by the use of this medicine.)
- Although urine may turn yellow after taking this medicine, do not worry because this is caused by riboflavin butyrate in this medicine.

- Stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson* if the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine because they might be side effects of the medicine. Take this leaflet with you.

Diarrhea - Stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, dentist, pharmacist or registered salesperson if symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for about one month. Take this leaflet with you.
*Registered salesperson: person who has the license to sell OTC medicines except Category 1.
PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND HANDLING
- Store the medicine in its box in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- To prevent improper use and loss of quality, do not transfer the tablets to any container other than the special container for HICEE L.
- Do not take this medicine after the expiration date.
- Fill in the date when the inner pouch(aluminum pouch) was opened in the column provided on the box.
- Once the inner pouch (aluminum pouch) is opened, take this medicine within about 6 months to maintain quality.
- The tablets that have been transferred to the special container should be taken within 1 month. This medicine is particularly vulnerable to moisture absorption, so please be sure to close the lid of the special container tightly after each use.
- Please do not eat the desiccant included in the inner pouch (aluminum pouch).
